Sophisticated Cloud is a British Squarespace design studio creating considered digital experiences for exceptional people, brands and organisations.
Founded by Claudia Tinnirello, the studio combines thoughtful design, intuitive user experience and strategic thinking to create websites that are as purposeful as they are beautiful.
THE STORY BEHIND SOPHISTICATED CLOUD
Sophisticated Cloud began with a simple idea: that a website should never feel like an afterthought.
After years working across digital marketing, data analysis and web development, Claudia Tinnirello founded Sophisticated Cloud with a desire to approach websites differently — combining strategic thinking with an instinct for elegant, intuitive design.
What began as a solo venture has grown into a specialist design studio working with clients across the UK and internationally.
Today, Sophisticated Cloud focuses exclusively on Squarespace, creating digital experiences for people and organisations with something distinctive to say.
The studio's work spans personal brands, arts and culture, sport and wellbeing, hospitality and lifestyle, and established organisations — always with the same belief that good design should feel effortless.
MEET CLAUDIA
I'm Claudia Tinnirello, founder and creative force behind Sophisticated Cloud.
Born in Sicily and based in England since 2005, my background is anything but conventional. I've worked across digital marketing, data analysis and web development, trained as a chef, and spent years speaking and working with people from very different industries.
That variety has shaped the way I approach design.
I'm interested in how people think, how they navigate information and what makes an experience feel effortless. I believe the best websites don't simply look good — they understand the person using them.
That's why I care so much about clarity, usability and the details that often go unnoticed.
When I'm not designing websites, you'll usually find me exploring food, nature, craftsmanship, culture or the places where those things intersect.

Claudia is also the founder of The Artisan Showcase, an initiative celebrating independent makers, traditional craftsmanship and the stories behind the things we create.
It's a reflection of something that sits at the heart of Sophisticated Cloud too: a belief that thoughtful work, made with care and intention, deserves to be seen.
A LITTLE SOMETHING BACK
For every new project, we support reforestation by funding the planting of a tree. Together with our clients, we've helped plant more than 2,500 trees to date.
